Our mission at DD Wink is to promote human and environmental protective services that target children and students, low income adults, qualified businesses, other nonprofit organizations and residences of TECs.

DD Wink is a 501c3 organization that has been serving Alameda and Contra Costa County communities since 2003. Our organization was started by private school parents, in response to the budget crises of that time. They began DD Recycled, a uniform recycling program, with a goal of creating a low/no cost alternative to parents needing school uniforms. They also initiated tutoring programs and job training for children and adolescents. Since then, DD Wink has widened its scope of environmental consciousness and support for children and developed the following programs and services:

ArtSmart	Art classes, workshops and activities for children K-12 and adults in urban communities
DD $upport	Low cost financial services for qualified firms and organizations
Green Team	Recycle, renew and reuse activities, including landscape and green home cleaning services
20.Hearts.Foundation	Heart health awareness and education for local communities
